This program is designed to expand the knowledge of professional nurses as nurse administrators. The curriculum for the program evolves from the practical aspects of the role and select courses from the Master of Science with a major in nursing area of specialization Nurse Executive. Up to 12 credits from the Graduate Certificate in Nursing Administration program may be transferred to the graduate degree nurse executive for students with a baccalaureate in nursing who choose to continue in the graduate degree program.

Applicants must:
- Fulfill the requirements of IPFW for admission; and
- Be a licensed RN with a baccalaureate degree in nursing OR be a licensed RN with a baccalaureate degree in a non-nursing field
