Special Education Mild Intervention Certification

This 24-credit graduate certification program will allow the student to obtain a Mild Intervention teaching certification. Students are eligible to complete the coursework if they hold a current general education teaching license and wish to continue on for the special education certification.

Notes


(Rules 2002 licensed teachers will receive a certification in the same developmental level(s) as their current license. This certification will cover LD, MIMH, Moderate Disabilities, and EH.)

(Rules 46/47 and Bulletin 400 licensed teachers will receive a K–12 certification in Mild Disabilities upon completion of this program. This certification will cover LD and MIMH.)

Intense Intervention License


The Intense Intervention Licensure Program is a 12-credit hour graduate program offered in collaboration with IU South Bend.
